老子“继知弃偏”思想对图书馆知识管理的指导

摘　　要：老子在《道德经》中提出"继知弃偏,民利百倍",这一思想与现代图书馆知识管理理念不谋而合。本文从知识管理的角度阐述了老子"继知弃偏"思想,认为老子的这一思想应该是最早的图书馆知识管理思想,并从更新观念、改进方式、加强教育、完善机制等四个方面提出了用这一思想指导现代图书馆知识管理工作的具体做法。Lao Zi puts forward the thought of ＂Ji Zhi Qi Pian＂（which means ＂if we could take the essence of the experience summarized by our predecessors and discard the mistakes the predecessors had made,it would be better for the people a hundredfold＂） in his Dao De Jing,which shares many similarities with the knowledge management in modern library.This thought is viewed as the earliest idea in knowledge management in the library.The paper elaborates Lao Zi＇s thought form the perspective of knowledge management and puts forward specific measures for conducting the work of knowledge management in modern library from the update of the idea,the improvement of methods,the enhancement of education and the perfection of mechanism.
