味精谷氨酸提取母液固体发酵生产活性蛋白饲料研究

摘　　要：以除盐谷氨酸提取母液、棉籽粕和菜籽粕为原料,固体发酵生产活性蛋白饲料。发酵产品平均真蛋白≥45%,若加入20%的水解蛋白则可得到氨基酸较平衡、真蛋白≥55%、含动物、植物、微生物为一体的优质蛋白饲料。采用该方法既消除环境污染,又开发了蛋白质饲料资源。Taking waste cottonseed,waste rapeseed and extraction mother liquor of desalination glutamic acid(gourmet powder) as raw material,the active protien fodder can be made by solid fermentation method.In the fermented feed the content of real protein is exceed 45 percent;if 20% of hydrolytic protein are added into the feed,then a high quality protein fodder with a better balance of amino acid,which contains 55% real protein、animal、plant and microbe can be obtained.This ferment technology can prevent gourmet powder wastewater from polluting environment,and develop protien fodder resources.
