摘　　要：基于对海岛型城镇的内涵与特征的分析,选取制约海岛型城镇发展的土地、水和绿色空间资源三方面要素,预测了朱家尖岛2020年的人口规模,并与传统统计学上的人口规模预测方法比较,结果表明资源要素是制约朱家尖岛可持续发展的主要因素.最后对朱家尖岛未来的发展提出了几点建议.Based on the intension and characteristic of the island-type town,land resources,water resources and green space resources,which restrict the development of island-type towns,are chosen as the elements to forecast the population size of Zhujiajian island in 2020 and compared with the traditional methods.The result indicates that water resources is the main factor that restricts the sustainable development of Zhujiajian island.Finally,some suggestions about the future development of Zhujiajian island are given.
