摘 要:采用活性炭纤维固相微萃取—气质联用色谱法测定废煤气脱硫剂中的萘含量,探讨了萃取方式、萃取时间、萃取温度、解吸条件对萃取效率的影响。结果表明,最优萃取条件为40℃下顶空萃取10 min,260℃下解吸2 min。最优萃取条件下,检测方法的线性范围为200~870 mg/L,相关系数为0.998,检测限为10 ng/L。利用该方法对实际废煤气脱硫剂进行分析,得到废煤气脱硫剂中萘的质量分数为0.9%~2.0%。A method based on solid phase microextraction coupled with GC/MS was developed for analysis of naphthalene in scrap desulfurizer for coal gas.A special activated carbon fiber was applied as extraction fiber.The parameters affecting the extraction efficiency,including extraction temperature,extraction time,desorption temperature and desorption time were optimized.Employing the best extraction conditions,liner range of the detection method was 200-870 mg/L with correlation coefficient of 0.998,and the detection limit was 10 ng/L.The method under optimal conditions was successfully applied to the determination of naphthalene in scrap desulfurizer sample,the results showed that the mass ratio of naphthalene in scrap desulturizer ranged 0.9%-2.0%.
