摘　　要：[目的]观察miR-29在胃癌中的表达及其与微血管密度(MVD)的关系。[方法]采用实时荧光定量PCR技术检测113例胃癌组织及30例正常胃黏膜组织中miR-29的表达,利用CD34指标检测胃癌组织内MVD。[结果] miR-29在胃癌组织内的相对表达量显著低于正常胃黏膜组织(2.62±1.17vs3.31±1.18,t=2.897,P=0.004)。胃癌组织内miR-29表达水平与MVD值呈负相关(r=-0.587,P<0.05)。[结论] miR-29低表达可促进胃癌内微血管形成,是一个潜在的抑癌miRNA。[Purpose] To investigate the expression of miR-29 and its relationship with microvessel density（MVD） in gastric cancer.[Methods]The expression of miR-29 in 113 cases with gastric cancer and 30 cases with normal gastric mucosa was tested by real time PCR.The microvessel density in gastric cancer was measured by counting CD34 signal.[Results] The relative quantity of miR-29 expression in gastric cancer tissue was significantly lower than that in normal gastric mucosa tissue（2.62±1.17 vs 3.31±1.18,t=2.897,P0.05）.There was a negative correlation between the expression of miR-29 and MVD in gastric cancer tissues （r=-0.587,P0.05）.[Conclusion] Low expression of miR-29 promotes the microvessel formation in gastric cancer,it is a potential tumor suppressor miRNA
