摘 要:撇开投资泡沫,看看几成货色旧时王谢堂前燕,飞入寻常百姓家。短短几个月内,中国互联网一下子冒出N多家可供国际资本市场检阅的小巨头。从2010年下半年开始,由麦考林、优酷、当当网拉开序幕,中国互联网公司掀起一轮赴美IPO潮。360,上了,人人网,马上。它们身后,还有开心网、迅雷等十余家排队等候。From the second half of 2010,companies such as McCaw Lin,Youku and Dangdang kicked off a wave of companies looking to be listed on the U.S. stock market.Qihoo 360 has already been listed,while Renren is soon to be. In line behind them are more than 10 other internet companies such as Kaixin and Thunder Networking Technologies, just to name a few. Compared to the first two waves of IPO's,the companies involved in this wave of IPO's are extremely diversified. During the first wave of 2000, most companies were just following the model established by Yahoo.While those of the second wave that came after 2005 just added their own Chinese characteristics to the search engine and gaming fields.This current generation, however are involved in widely differing areas such as social networking, video streaming,internet banking,software services and the mobile network.
