米诺环素治疗儿童肺炎支原体肺炎的研究初探

摘　　要：目的探讨米诺环素对于儿童支原体肺炎的疗效和不良反应。方法回顾性研究盐酸米诺环素对于37例8岁以上支原体肺炎患儿(35例为经大环内酯类抗生素治疗无效者)的治疗效果和不良反应,疗程7～10天。结果 35例大环内酯类抗生素治疗效果欠佳的支原体肺炎患儿,23例用药后第1天体温降至正常,33例用药3天内体温降至正常。2例未给予大环内酯类抗生素治疗的患儿,均在用药后第1天体温降至正常。37例患儿中,1例有轻微消化道不适症状,6例伴随肝功损害,停药后均恢复。结论米诺环素对于大环内酯类抗生素治疗效果欠佳的儿童支原体肺炎疗效显著,但需注意其肝脏损害的不良反应。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect and side effect of minoeyeline on mycoplasma pneumonia in children. Methods The therapeutic effect and side effect of minocycline on myeoplasma pneumonia in 37 children beyond 8-year old were retrospectively analyzed. Results In 23 out of 35 macrolide-resistant children, the temperature became normal after one-clay minoeyeline treatment. While, 33 out of 35 maerolide-resistant children had temperature normal after three-day minoeyeline treatment. In 2 children not using maerolide previously, the temperature got normal after one-clay minoeyeline treatment. One patient had mild alimentary tract complaint. Six cases had liver function injuried, but it recovered after discontinuation. Conclusion The therapeutic effect of minocycline on macrolide-resistant mycoplasma pneumonia in children is significant. But the side effect of minoeycline on liver function should be remarked.
