髂总动脉和髂内动脉的观测及年龄特征

摘　　要：本文观测了50具国人的髂总动脉和髂内动脉。结果表明:左髂总动脉较长,管径较小,分叉平面较低以及分叉点与正中矢状面间距较大;老年人的髂总动脉和髂内动脉管径显著增粗。The common and the internal iliac arteries were observed in 50 Chinese cadavers (100 sides). The results of the observation suggest the left common iliac artery is longer and thiner than the right, the level of its bifurcation is lower and the distance from the point of the bifurcation to the median sagital plane is shorter than the right and the common and the internal iliac arteries in the old-age group are far thicker than in the adult-age group.
