摘 要:本文对50例肝硬化患者和27例非肝胆疾病患者进行血清ADA和GPT测定,其中部分患者进行TTT、ZnTT、血清蛋白电泳、A/G、PT测定。肝硬化组血清ADA与非肝胆疾病组相比有非常显著差异(P<0.001):肝硬化组ADA与GPT、TTT、ZnTT、γ-球蛋白、A/G均无相关性(P>0.05);而与PT延长值呈直线正相关(P<0.05),表明肝硬化患者血清ADA不能反映肝纤维化过程,而与肝病时肝脏损害严重程度有关。Some scholas conjectured that increase of serum adenosine daminase (ADA) activity in chronic liver disease might relate to the degree of hepatic fibrosis. In order to inquire into this problem, we determined the concentration of serum ADA and GPT in 50 patients with liver chirosis and 27 pateients with non-hepatobiliary disorders. In some of them serum TTT and ZnTT, plasma protien electrophoresis, A/G and PT. werw also determined There was a signficant difference of the serum ADA level between the liver chirosis group and the non-hepatobiliary disease group (P<0.001); there was no relationship between serum ADA and GPT, TTT, ZnTT gammaglobulin and A/G in liver chirosis group; but there was a positive linear correlation between serum and the prolongation of PT (P>0.05) this study shows the lev- el of serum ADA in the patient with liver chorosis does not reflect the process of hepatic fibrosis, but, there is a close relationship between serum and the degree of liver dange.
