前列腺增生合并浅表性膀胱癌经尿道同期电切术的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨前列腺增生症合并浅表性膀胱癌患者同期行经尿道浅表性膀胱癌加前列腺电切术治疗的可行性及疗效。方法对20例前列腺增生患者合并浅表性膀胱癌,行同期经尿道膀胱肿瘤加前列腺电切术并随访观察疗效。结果随访13～50个月,5例术后复发,平均13个月,无尿道及前列腺窝种植转移。结论前列腺增生合并浅表性膀胱癌患者同期行经尿道电切术疗效确定,未观察到有前列腺窝及尿道种植转移。Objective To investigate ang evaluate the feasibility of simultaneous TURP （transurethral resection of prostate） combined with TURBT （transurethral resection of Superfieial bladder tnmor）.Methods Twenty patients with BPH and Superfieial bladder cancer were treated by TURP combined with TURBT.Results The follow--up period ranged from 13 to 50 months. the mean was 13 months,Recurrence occurred in 5 patients,There was no urethral or prostatic fossa implantation.Conclusion Simultaneous TURP combined with TURBT is an effective treatment,with little evidence of urethral or prostatic implantation.
