摘　　要：目的探讨车载除颤仪在高速公路院前急救中的应用及其护理,以提高院前心肺复苏成功率。方法 876例中患者使用车载除颤仪的资料进行回顾性分析;所有急救员上岗前均进行了包括除颤仪使用在内的急救技术培训并探讨护理程序。结果急救员均掌握了除颤仪操作程序,保证了仪器完好,熟悉观察内容;876例伤者中有18例发生心室纤颤,现场及途中立即给予了150～200J除颤,均能转复窦律,最终心肺复苏成功15例。结论车载除颤仪的备用,提供了早期及时除颤的可能,提高了院前及途中心肺复苏成功率;急救员应掌握心肺复苏程序,熟悉心肺复苏药物和器械的使用,锻炼现场急救能力。Objective To explore the application and nursing of on-board defibrillation instrument in CRP,and improve the success rate of CPR.Methods The clinical dates of 876 cases were reviewed.All firstaider were received teaching module before pre-job,and the nursing procedure were discussed.Results All first-aider mastered the procedures of the on-board defibrillation instrument,and ensured the equipment in good condition,and familiar with observation content;876 cases of wounded 18 cases occur in ventricular fiber shock,after defibrillation has 15 cases were successful cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR）.Conclusion onboard defibrillation meter spare,provides early defibrillation might,improve the way prehospital and cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR） success rate;The first aid instructor should master cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR） program,familiar with cardiopulmonary resuscitation（CPR） the use of drugs and devices,exercise the first aid ability.
