摘　　要：校企合作是大学生立足本专业充分运用所学知识的一种创业实践,它解决了大学生实践经验不足和资金匮乏两大难题,同时把大学生创业与地方特色、地方经济建设、企业发展联系在一起,实现了地方、企业和大学生的三赢。School-enterprise cooperation is an entrepreneurial practice in which college students try to apply their knowledge into real life.It can solve two major problems： lack of hand-on experience and funds.Besides,it contributes to bind local culture,local economic development and company development together through college students＇ pioneering work,to achieve all-win situation for local government,enterprise and college students.
