摘　　要：为未成年人营造良好的教育环境、理清教育关系、明确划分教育责任、选择科学的教育方式、方法等是全社会迫切关注的课题。一些学校要求家长写日记并由老师批阅并共同处置,以发挥家长日记的教育功能有许多成功的实践,基于此,寻求并探讨开发家长日记教育功能的理论,进而提出教育环境论、教育关系论、教育立体化论、教育目标论、隐性教育与显性教育相结合论、鼓励教育与挫折教育相结合论、教育责任论。It becomes an urgent problem drawing concern of whole society that how to create good educational environment,get educational relationship into shape,clearly divider educational responsibilities and select scientific educational way and method.Some schools require patriarch keep a dairy and read and comment on it by teachers to play a role of patriarch dairy＇s educational function.Based on this,this paper discussed theory of developing patriarch dairy educational function,and then put forward the theory of educational environment,theory of educational relation,theory of educational extrude,theory of educational goal,combination of recessive education and dominance education,combination of encouraging education and frustration education and theory of educational responsibilities.
