摘　　要：学生的体质健康问题一直是各个学校体育教学目标的重要检验指标之一,所以对地区高校的体质健康问题进行阐述和研究对于高校的体育教学改革具有非常重要的意义和作用,笔者就二者之间的一些问题做简单的调研。The physical health of students is one of important indicators of the target of physical education in all schools,so expounding physical health of the regional universities and researching issues described in the Physical Education for the college have very important meaning and role.The author did simple research on some problems between them.
