摘　　要：该文在提倡"发展绿色建材"的理念以及坚持"可持续发展"的战略方针背景下,以缓解自然资源匮乏和环境污染双重压力为出发点,选取固化剂HSC301,以天津滨海软土地基为处理对象,希望能就地取材、变废为宝(淤泥和高炉石),对固化剂HSC301在天津滨海软基浅层处理中的应用进行一些思考和探讨,并提出两点:固化剂HSC301应用于承托层;固化剂HSC301应用于浅层换填。该文旨在对软基浅层处理工程中固化剂HSC301的应用以及固化剂应用的推广提供一些思路和参考,具有一定的社会价值和现实意义。The article ponders and discusses the application of the curing agent HSC301 in the shallow-layer treatment of soft ground in Tianjin Binhai under the background of promoting 'the development of green building' concept and adhering to the 'sustainable development' strategic policy,in the point of easing the dual-pressure of the short natural resources and the environmental pollution,selecting the curing agent HSC301,taking the soft ground of Tianjin Binhai as the treated object and hoping able to use the local materials and to turn waste(silt and blast rock) into wealth.And the article puts forward two points of applying the curing agent HSC301 in the supporting layer and applying the curing agent HSC301 in shallow-layer replacement.The article gives some ideas and references for the application of the curing agent HSC301 in the soft ground treatment project and promoting the application of curing agent,which has a social value and practical significance.
