摘  要:常用的快速生成协议(rapid spaning tree protocol,RSTP)等网络冗余协议无法达到零自愈时间的要求,IEC61850:2010规定了2个新的冗余通信协议平衡冗余协议(parallel redundancy protocol,PRP)和高可用性无缝冗余度(high-availability seamless redundancy,HSR)作为实现零自愈时间的网络冗余协议。从网络自愈时间、对通信负载的影响、经济性等方面对RSTP,PRP和HSR3种变电站冗余通信协议进行比较,结果表明:PRP和HSR均可实现零自愈时间网络恢复,但使用PRP会增加较多成本,采用HSR则会增大网络负载,在小规模变电站中应用具有较大的经济优势。Rapid spanning tree protocol(RSTP) and other redundancy protocols in common use can not meet the demand of zero self-healing time.IEC 61850: There were two new parallel redundancy protocols(PRP) of redundancy communication protocols and high-availability seamless redundancy(HSR) made as network redundancy protocols for achieving zero self-healing protocol.The three redundancy communication protocols for substations such as RSTP,PRP and HSR are compared in terms of self-healing time of networks,affect on communication load and economical efficiency.The result shows that both PRP and HSR can achieve network recovery with zero self-healing time,however the adoption of PRP may increase the cost and the adoption of HSR may increase network load.The application of PRP and HSR is economically advantageous in small substations.
