摘 要:在阐述经济增加值(economic value added,EVA)应用现状的基础上,结合已有的研究成果分析EVA的内涵及其在投资决策、业绩考核等方面的优点;从评价步骤、EVA计算、累计EVA贴现值计算及其与净现值比较等方面入手,构建了基于EVA的电网建设项目投资评价方法。最后,以某110kV城市中心变电站的技术经济效益计算为例,对该方法的可行性和实用性进行了实证分析。计算结果表明,基于EVA的投资评价方法不仅能够在项目评价中取得与净现值法一致的分析结果,而且能够反映项目在未来各期可能获得的经营效益,并适用于投资项目的业绩考核。On the basis of elaborating on application status of economic value added(EVA),the paper analyzes meaning of EVA and its advantages in investment decision,performance evaluation and so forth by combining research findings achieved.It establishes EVA-based evaluation method on investment for power system construction project from such aspects like evaluation procedure,EVA calculation,calculation of accumulated discounted value of EVA as well as comparison with net present value.Finally,the paper takes calculation of technical and economic benefits of 110 kV downtown substation as an example and analyzes the feasibility and practicability of the method.The result shows that EVA-based evaluation method on investment can not only acquire the same analysis result as done by net present value in project evaluation,it can also reflect possible operation returns of the project in each stage in the future and is applicable to performance evaluation of investment project.
