黄金义眼台巩膜腔植入术的动物实验及临床观察

摘　　要：［ 目的］ 观察巩膜腔内植入黄金义眼台，对义眼外观及活动度的影响．［ 方法］ 光学显微镜下观察了巩膜腔内植入黄金空心球的５ 只兔眼，临床观察了２０ 例患者（２０ 只眼） ．均施行眼内容物剜除、巩膜腔内植入黄金义眼台术．［ 结果］ 兔眼巩膜腔缩小、壁厚、腔内及巩膜壁中未见肉芽组织取代现象．２０ 例患者黄金义眼台植入术中，成功１９ 例，占９５ ％ ，失败１ 例，占５ ％ （ 因患者身患Ⅱ型糖尿病） ．术后对患者进行定期随诊观察，最长达９ 年， 健眼均正常，未发生任何并发症．［ 结论］ 从义眼外观看，与对侧健眼大致相同，活动度不如对侧眼．OBJECTIVE The effects of artificial gold implants implanted into the scleral cavities on appearances and movements of artificial eyes were studied. METHODS Five rabbit eyes of scleral cavities into which hollow gold balls were implanted were observed by light microscope.The result showed that the scleral cavities were smaller, the scleral walls were thicker and there were no substitutions with granulation tissues in the scleral cavities and walls.Twenty eyes of 20 patients were observed, the eye contents were extracted and the scleral cavities were implanted with artificial gold implants. RESULTS Ninteen of 20 cases achieved and 1 case failed because the patient suffered from diabetes(Ⅱ). The patients were also performed regularly follow up after operation with the longest period of 9 years and the results show that the normal eyes remain normal without complications. CONCLUSION There are no differences between the operated eyes and the contralateral normal eyes from the apperance , however the movements of the artificial eyes are poorer than those of the normal eyes.
