摘  要:目的:探讨胰岛素样生长因子Ⅰ型受体(IGF-IR)在正常脑组织和脑胶质瘤中的分布和表达,及其与核增殖指标MIB-1的相关性。方法:应用免疫组织化学S-P法,对55例胶质瘤组织和10例正常脑组织中IGF-IR、MIB-1表达情况进行检测分析。结果:脑胶质瘤组织中IGF-IR阳性率明显高于正常脑组织(P<0.05),并且随病理分级(WHO分级)的增高而增高,Ⅰ-Ⅱ级与Ⅲ-Ⅳ级的表达差异有显著性(P<0.05);胶质瘤组织中IGF-IR的表达与MIB-1的表达密切相关(P<0.01,rs=0.735)。结论:IGF-IR在脑胶质瘤的发生发展起重要作用,能促进肿瘤细胞的增殖,有可能成为临床病理诊断脑胶质瘤和判断预后的一个重要指标。Objective:To explore the expression and distribution of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅰ receptor(IGF-IR) in normal brain and human glioma tissues,and the relationship between its expression and MIB-1.Methods:Expression of IGF-IR and MIB-1 was assessed by immunohistochemistry S-P staining in 55 cases of gliomas and 10 normal brain tissues.Results:The positive rate in gliomas was higher than that in normal brain tissues(P0.05).We also found there was a significant difference between low grade(WHO Ⅰ-Ⅱ) and high grade(Ⅲ-Ⅳ) of gliomas(P0.05).There was correlation between IGF-IR expression and MIB-1(rs=0.735,P0.01).Conclusion:IGF-IR played an very important role in the genesis and development of human gliomas and it may be an adjuvant index of diagnosing glioma and estimating prognosis.
