摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺派杰氏病库柏氏韧带特征性表现及其临床意义。方法:结合临床回顾性分析经手术及病理证实为乳腺派杰氏病的声像图特征性表现。结果:2例患者声像图表现为乳腺内可见不规则肿块多发沙砾样钙化,肿块前缘库柏氏韧带与皮肤牵拉呈"幕状"结构。CDFI示肿块周边及其内均未见明显血流信号。结论:仔细观察库柏氏韧带特征性表现,对乳腺派杰氏病的诊断具有重要价值。Objective：To explore characteristics and clinical significance on cooper ligaments of Mammary Paget＇s disease.Methods：To analyze the sonographiccharac teristic features of Mammary Paget＇s disease confirmed by operation and pathology.Results：2 patients were seen within the breast lumps in ire gular mass with multiple gravel-like calcification within tumor,tumor front Cooper ligaments and skin traction was ＂curtain-like＂ structure.The CDFI showed its surrounding and whthin the show were no significant blood flow signal.Conclusion：Careful observation of Cooper ligaments plays an important role in diagnosis of Mammary Paget＇s disease.
