皮肌炎合并鼻咽癌的研究进展

摘　　要：皮肌炎患者合并鼻咽癌的发病率高,可达10.8%-21.4%,两者伴发的机制可能有EB病毒感染、p53基因突变、免疫因素等,其高危因素包括恶性红斑、间质性肺炎、雷诺现象、肿瘤标志物水平增高、血沉加快、对糖皮质激素反应差等,其治疗以治疗鼻咽癌为主,皮肌炎症状会随着鼻咽癌的治疗而缓解。The incidence of dermatomyositis（DM） associated with nasopharyngeal carcinoma（NPC） ranges from 10.8% to 21.4%.The pathogenesis of NPC in DM may involve EB virus infection,p53 gene mutation and immunity;malignant erythema,interstitial pneumonia,ranaud phenomenon,tumor marker,esr increased and the poor response to glucocorticoids may predict the concurrence of NPC;the therapy of NPC can ameliorate the symptom of DM.
