摘 要:目的探讨评教评学模式在临床带教中促进教学相长的作用。方法将2009届和2010届毕业实习护理专业学生作为研究对象,2010届毕业生为试验组,2009届毕业生为对照组。试验组在实习过程中采用评教评学模式教学,对照组采用传统带教模式。由科室及护理部对两组定期进行技能、理论考核;学生、带教老师定期进行互相考评,对考核、考评成绩进行统计分析。结果试验组的理论考试和技能考核合格率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01);试验组和带教老师互相评价优秀率提高,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论评教评学模式应用于临床教学中,有利于及时发现教学中存在的问题,充分调动师生双方的积极性,达到提高临床护理教学质量,促进教学相长的目的。Objective To explore the effect of "two-way evaluation" teaching management model in clinical nursing teaching. Methods The nursing interns who graduated in 2010 were considered as experimental group,and they used "two-way evaluation" teaching management model in clinical nursing teaching. The nursing interns who graduated in 2009 were considered as control group,and they used conventional teaching management model. The effects were compared between the two groups. Results The qualified rates of theoretical test and skill test in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P0.01),the excellent rates of mutual evaluation between teachers and students in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P0.01). Conclusion The "two-way evaluation" teaching management model can help teachers to find the problems in the teaching,stimulate the motivation of teachers and students,improve teaching quality,and promote both teaching and learning forward.
