摘 要:目的探讨护理技术操作过程中护士人文素养要求与评价方法,以期改革护理技术操作的考评标准,以适应社会发展对护理人才培养的新要求。方法将甘肃省卫生学校2008级护理三年制中职班学生600名整班分为两组,试验组应用新标准进行目标教学及考评,比较两组学生的人文素养考核成绩和患者对操作的满意度。结果两组护理技术操作中人文素养考核成绩存在差异,试验组得分高于对照组;两组实习过程中患者满意率差别有统计学意义,试验组高于对照组。结论护理技术操作规程及考核标准要注重对学生人文关怀能力的培养与考核,提高学生在护理技术操作过程中恰当体现人文关怀的能力。Objective To discuss the requirements and assessment methods of nurses' humanistic diathesis in nursing technical manipulation,in order to reform the assessment standard of nursing technical manipulation to meet new requirements for nursing talents. Methods Totally 600 nursing students enrolling in 2008 in Gansu Province Health School were divided into two groups according to their classes. The experimental group(n=300) received a new assessment standard,while the control group(n=300) received the conventional assessment standard. The students' humanistic diathesis and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Result The score of the students' humanistic diathesis in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group(P0.05),and the patient satisfaction with the students in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P0.05). Conclusion The regulation and assessment standard of nursing technical manipulation should focus on the students' humanistic diathesis.
