摘　　要：著名的思想家马尔库塞说过,人类正在和平地生产着毁灭的武器,并且用来保障人类获得最大的福利。人类利用科学技术的进步,极大地推动经济社会的发展,提供人类的生存质量和生活水平,而科学技术本身却又可能成为人类发展的最大威胁。可以说,人类正在实践着自相矛盾的活动,那就是利用科学技术的进步,造成了生态环境迅速恶化的趋势。The famous thinker Herbert Marcuse said that, mankind is producing the devastating weapons peacefully to ensure the biggest benefits from them. People use the scientific technologies to promote the economic and social development in order to provide the living quality and level. However, the scientific technology itself can become the biggest menace to human development. That is to say, the human beings are doing things that are self-contradictory-using the progress of the scientific technologies to create the rapid worsening of the ecological environment.
