摘　　要：Primary extracranial meningiomas is a rare tumor, mainly found in the head and neck area. Incomplete excision leads to recurrence. Adequate exposure of the tumor is important for complete removal. This report is to present a case of extracranial infratemporal meningioma which is a rare benign tumor of head and neck and share our first surgical experience of total excision via lower cheek flap as alternative access to infratemporal fossa.
