摘　　要：血管成熟是在血管形成后期,通过血管内皮细胞与血管周围细胞间的相互作用完成血管"重塑"的过程。血管成熟机制主要涉及生长因子的调控、血管内皮细胞与血管周围细胞以及细胞外基质之间的相互作用等方面。近年来研究表明,许多疾病如肿瘤、糖尿病难愈创面等的发生、发展和转归与新生血管成熟障碍密切相关。Vascular maturation refers to the process of vascular ＂remodeling＂ through the interactions between vascular endothelial cells and mural cells in the late stages of angiogenesis. The mechanisms of vascular maturation are involved in the following aspects, including the effect of growth factors, the communication between endothelial and mural cells, and the role of extracellular matrix. Recent studies show that the impairment of vascular maturation is closely associated with the occurrence, development and progression of many diseases, such as tumor growth and diabetic wound healing.
