摘　　要：随着散打运动的广泛开展和项目发展的不断深入,散打竞赛的对抗性越来越激烈,对裁判员的执法要求也越来越高。文章根据相关理论,结合实践经验,从竞赛管理、执法态度、执法技能和执法形象四个方面来论述散打裁判员的专业能力,为管理部门进行裁判培训和裁判员自身的业务学习提供参考。With the popularity and further developing of Sanda,the fierceness of Sanda competitions is more and more clear,which demands more higher for referees.According to relevant the theories,Combined with practical experience,this study discusses the professional capacity of Sanda referee from management,attitude,skills and referee image on Competitions,which provides references for the management departments and referee professional learning.
