摘　　要：随着我国金融开放的逐步深化,金融安全问题已成为我国政府和学术界关注的热点和焦点。文章以金融开放为视角,将理论界在金融安全问题研究中存在的争论进行分类、归纳及评介,提出我国金融开放的步伐必须与本国的经济发展及金融监管水平相适应,并在金融开放过程中不断增强我国的经济实力,提高金融监管水平,稳步有序地推进金融开放。只有这样才能有效地防范金融风险,确保金融安全。With the gradual deepening of financial openness,financial security has become the focus of attention of the government and academic.The article is based on the perspective of financial opening and puts the theory of financial security research in the financial community into the different classification,induction and comment.It puts forward the idea that the pace of financial liberalization must be in accordance with their level of economic development and in the process of financial liberalization we should continuously enhance our country＇s economic strength and improve the level of financial supervision in order to make financial openness develop steadily and in orderly manner.Only in this way we can effectively guard against financial risks and ensure financial security.
