摘  要:研究了大型客机机翼重量估算问题,由于飞行性能与飞机重量相关,精确估计重量可以保证飞行性能。针对传统的线性回归统计方法对机翼结构重量估算精度不高,采用新建立大型客机机翼重量估算模型,并将遗传算法应用于该机翼重量估算模型的参数优化。为了提高遗传算法的收敛速度和克服早熟等问题,提出了一种自适应遗传算法。自适应遗传算法改进了交叉与变异遗传算子,并引入精英保留策略,在进化过程中采用自适应交叉概率和变异概率。仿真结果表明,相比标准遗传算法,自适应遗传算法收敛速度快,优化精度高,且避免了局部收敛等问题,同时能够获得全局最优的大型客机机翼重量估计。仿真结果表明:重量估计为设计提供了可靠依据。Estimating of wing weights for civil airplane was studied.Traditional estimating formula of wing weights for civil airplane,which was based on linear regression methods,has the disadvantage of low precision.Estimating model of wing weights for civil airplane is developed and a genetic algorithm is applied in the optimization of the estimating model parameters.In order to improve the convergence rate of genetic algorithms and overcome its premature problems,a Self-Adaptive Genetic Algorithm(SAGA) is presented.The crossover operator and the mutation operator are modified and the strategy of elitist selection is adopted in the algorithm.In the process of evolution,the adaptive crossover probability and mutation probability are developed.The simulation results indicate that the SAGA takes on fast convergence rate and high optimization precision,moreover,it avoids many shortcomings such as local convergence and so on.It can obtain global optimum estimating formula of wing weights for civil airplane.The estimating formula can be applied to future design for China's civil airplane project.
