摘 要:采用实验法,随机抽取安徽机电职业技术学院2008级男生武术选项班学生60名,进行两种不同教学方案的对比实验.通过对实验中实践课的运动负荷、实验后被试的愉快感和内部动机以及实验前后体质健康的测试和分析.发现以攻防格斗为主线的武术课堂教学方案迎合男大学生的特点和需求,相对原教学方案能更好地提高课堂教学效果和学生体质健康测试成绩,且学生自我努力对体质健康测试成绩的提高有预测作用.提出高校男生武术课堂教学方案以攻防格斗为主线,重新整合,并在教学过程中多强调自我努力的重要性.By experimental method,a group of 60 sophomore students of Anhui Technical College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering are selected randomly as the subjects to participate in the contrast experiment.Through the scientific analysis of the course load,the post-experiment pleasure and inner motive and the anti-and-post experiment fitness test we have found that the defense-attack combat based teaching scheme caters for the inner needs and characteristics of male college students and that better teaching efficiency and test scores are achieved and also that the students' self-improvement plays an important role in the prediction of better test scores.Therefore,great importance should be attached to the integration of the defense-attack combat based teaching schemes and to the self-improvement strategy in actual teaching pratice.
