摘 要:为研究及大肠杆菌和沙门氏菌对鸡的危害,无菌采集某鸡场送检的死亡肉仔鸡和鸡胚样品,进行病原菌的分离、鉴定,结果显示引起该鸡场鸡只发病的病原除大肠杆菌外,还伴有沙门氏菌的混合感染。其中11日龄自然死亡鸡样品、11日龄冻死鸡样品、18日龄冻死鸡样品、活鸡泄殖腔拭子样品大肠杆菌分离率分别为:66.7%、0%、36.4%和100%。沙门氏菌分离率分别为:88.9%、100%、63.6%和13.3%。其中11日龄自然死亡鸡样品混合感染率为55.6%。This study aimed to investigate harm of E.coli and salmonella on chicken,samples were collected aseptically from the dead broiler chickens and chicken embryo,according the pathogen isolated and identified,the results showed that this clinical case caused by avian E.coli but also associated with mixed Salmonella pullorum.Among those samples isolated from 11-day-old died broiler chicken,11-day-old frozen died chicken,18-day-old frozen died chicken and cloacal swabs of living broiler chicken,the pathogen isolation rates of E.coli were 66.7%,0%,36.4% and 100%,respectively;Salmonella pullorum isolation rates were 88.9%,100%,63.6% and 13.3%,respectively.And the mixed infection rate of E.coli and Salmonella pullorum of 11-day-old was 55.6%.
