美常安联合杜密克治疗便秘型肠易激综合征疗效观察

摘　　要：目的：探讨美常安（丰占草杆菌二联活菌肠溶胶囊）联合杜密克治疗便秘型肠易激综合征OBs）的疗效。方法：将IBS患者随机按1：1分组，治疗组采用杜密克15ml，口服，每日3次，共8周，美常安3粒，口服，每日3次，共8周；对照组采用维生素Bl20mg，口服，每日3次，共4周，美常安3粒，口服，每日3次，共4周。结果：治疗组总有效率为86．7％。对照组总有效率为62．2％。结论：美常安联合杜密克治疗便秘型肠易激综合征效果较好。Objectiye： To explore the effect of Medilac-s（live combined bacillus subtilis and enterococcus faecium enteric-coated capsule）combinated with Duphalac for the treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome （IBS）. Methods： IBS patients were randomized 1 ： 1 to groups,the treatment group received Duphalac 15 ml oral 3 time daily for 8 weeks, Medilac-s 3 grains oral 3 times daily for 8 weeks; the control group received vitamin B1 20 mg roal 3 tims a day for 4 weeks, Medilac-s 3 grains oral 3 times daily for 4 weeks. Results： The total efficiency rate of treatment group was 86.7%, the total efficiency rate of control group was 62.2%. Conclu- sion： Medilac-s combinated with Duphalac has better effect in the treatment of constipation-predominant irritable bowel syndrome.
