氯芬待因治疗癌症中度疼痛的疗效

摘　　要：目的：观察氯芬待因治疗癌症中度疼痛的疗效。方法：采用按时给药，氯芬待因与可待因进行交叉自身对照观察。结果：氯芬待因与可待因比较，中度以上缓解率为９０ ％ 对６６ ．７ ％ ，统计学处理疼痛强度差两组比较 Ｐ＜ ０ ．００１ ，中度以上疼痛缓解率比较 Ｐ＜ ０ ．００１ 。结论：氯芬待因与可待因比较具有良好镇痛效果，可维持６ ～７ ｈ ，疗效谷峰现象亦明显。OBJECTIVE:To observe the effect of compound tablet of diclofenac sodium and codeine in treatment of moderate cancer pain.METHODS:The crossover and self controlled study was conducted in 30 patients with moderate cancer pain.They were divided to receive compound tablet of diclofenac sodium and codeine or codeine tablet according to schedule.RESULTS:The pain relief rate for compound tablet group was 90% in comparison with 66.7% for single codeine group and there was statistical significant difference( P <0.001) between groups.CONCLUSION:The analgesic effect of compound tablet of diclofenac sodium and codeine is superior to that of codeine tablet with a pain relief duration of 6～7 hours.
