摘　　要：在世界城市一体化大潮下,上海也与其他城市一样,被这一潮流所裹挟,出现海派文化"定格化"、核心价值异化和主体价值丧失以及上海城市形态非本土化的文化走向。对此,从创造上海"城市文化资本"的视角出发,在对"海派文化"核心价值的丧失进行批判性研究的基础上,提出21世纪"新海派文化"建构、创新的时代核心价值与意义,以求促进上海城市的可持续发展和软实力提升。In the big tide of global cities＇ integration, Shanghai is involved in it, just like other cities. It appears the cultural trend of Shanghai Culture＇ s freeze-frame, core value＇ s alienation, subject value＇ s loss and Shanghai form＇ s non-localization. To above, this paper focuses on the angle of creating ＂Shanghai cultural capital＂ , based on the critical research about the loss of Shanghai culture＇ s core value, to put forward the current core value and significance of building and innovating ＂New Shanghai Culture＂ in the 21st century, in order to push the sustained development and improve the cultural soft power of Shanghai.
