摘　　要：高校作为培养和输送大学生"村官"的基地,是大学生"村官"工程的重要一环。高校在培养学生党员担任"村官"时,应严格把关培养、选拔和保障各环节工作,切实为我国社会主义新农村建设输送优秀人才。通过对大学生党员"村官"培养、选拔和保障现状的分析,探索建构高校学生党员担任"村官"的选拔、培养和保障机制。Colleges and universities are the cradle for training College-graduate village officials.It is also an important part of College-graduate village official project.Colleges and universities should practically convey talents to socialist new countryside construction and strictly check every link in the process of training,selecting and guaranteeing when training the party members among college students as village officials.The article explores constructing mechanism of training,selecting and guaranteeing for College-graduate village officials by means of analyzing actuality.
