摘　　要：成纤维细胞生长因子2型受体（FGFR2）在细胞的增殖、分化中起重要作用，其基因具有遗传多态性。近年研究表明，这种多态性与乳腺癌的发病风险以及临床病理因素具有相关性。FGFR2 plays an important role in cell proliferation and differentiation and FGFR2 gene has its own genetic polymorphism. It has recently been demonstrated that this genetic polymorphism is associated with risk of development of breast cancer and clinically pathological factors
