摘　　要：提高高校党委科学决策水平,是提高高校党建工作科学化水平的应有之意。我们要把握科学决策的内涵与本质,用科学理论指导高校党委科学决策;找准科学决策的方法与路径,用科学方法推进高校党委科学决策;创新科学决策的体制与机制,用科学制度保障高校党委科学决策;从而保证高校党委决策科学规范有效有序,保证高校党建工作科学化水平不断提升。Improving the scientific decision- making level of Party Committee is necessary for improving the scientific level of the university Party Construction. In order to ensure decision - making effectively and orderly, and promote the level of university Party Construction, it should be grasping the meaning and nature of scientific decision - making, instructing the university Party Committee decision - making with the scientific theory, identifying the path and method of scientific decision -making, pushing the university Party Committee decision -making with the scientific method,innovating scientific decision -making system and mechanism, ensuring the university Party Committee decision -making with the scientific system.
