摘 要:目的从微生态角度探索"肺与大肠相表里"的机制。方法将40只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、肺病组(过敏性哮喘)、肠病组(便秘)和肺肠同病组(过敏性哮喘合便秘),每组10只,收集各组大鼠的支气管肺泡灌洗液和粪便样本,进行肺部和肠道菌群主要微生物种类与含量检测。结果与空白对照组比较,肺病组、肺肠同病组大鼠的肺部菌群及3组大鼠的肠道菌群差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01);肠病组大鼠的肺部菌群与肺病组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01);肺肠同病组大鼠肺部菌群与肺病组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),且肠道菌群与肠病组比较差异亦有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论肺病状态下可导致肠道菌群变化,肠病也可影响肺部菌群的变化,为"肺与大肠相表里"提供部分微生态学实验依据。Objective To explore the mechanism of the "exterior-interior relation between lung and large intestine" from the micro-ecology. Methods Forty Wistar rats were randomized in blank control group,lung disease group (allergic asthma),bowel disease group (constipation),and lung-intestine disease group (allergic asthma and constipation),with 10 in each. The bronchoalveolar lavage fluid and fecal samples of all rats were collected for determining the main microbial types and contents of lung and intestinal flora and analyzing the basic features of micro-ecological condition in the lung disease,bowel disease,and lung-intestine disease. Results Compared with the blank control group,lung flora of the lung disease group and lung-intestine disease group were significantly different (P0.01),the intestinal flora of all the three group showed a significant difference (P0.01); the lung flora of the bowel disease group presented a significant difference (P0.05 or P0.01) compared with that of lung disease group. Under the condition of lung and intestine being both diseased,the lung flora of rats was significantly different in comparing with that of lung disease group (P0.01),and the intestinal flora was also significantly different in comparing with that of bowel disease group (P0.05 or P0.01). Conclusion The lung disease may cause the changes in intestinal flora,and the bowel disease may also affect the changes in lung flora. It provides some experimental bases from micro-ecology for the "exterior-interior relation between lung and large intestine".
