摘　　要：非酒精性脂肪性肝病的诊断应区分脂肪肝的病因,对其进行分级判断,可行肝组织病理检查以明确纤维化分期情况。治疗方面,可分别给予控制饮食、加强运动、纠正心理认识、改善不良生活方式等基础治疗;改善胰岛素抵抗、控制血糖、调整血脂紊乱的病因治疗;结合不同阶段病机特点的辨病治疗和不同证型的辨证治疗。The diagnosis of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease should be made by distinguishing the causes of fatty liver,determining its classification,making liver histopathology so as to clarify the fibrosis cases.The basic treatment was given by controlling diet,strengthening the exercise,correcting mental awareness and changing the improper lifestyle;the etiology treatment was given by improving insulin resistance,controlling blood glucose,adjusting lipid disorders.Disease differentiation and treatment according to the pathogenesis characteristics at different stages should be combined with syndrome differentiation and treatment.
