摘　　要：对现代科技技术条件下粗纱机的各种功能进行了探讨,阐述了这些功能的应用对纺纱质量和生产效率的提高所起的作用,分析了传统粗纱机存在的问题及采用多电机分部传动和电脑控制有利于开发更多功能从而解决这些问题的特性,并介绍了其各种新功能在纺纱过程中的使用方法,结果表明:电脑粗纱机具有小纱逐层升速、大纱保持恒离心力下自动降速、储存大量工艺、满纱定长定位停车等新功能。认为,电脑粗纱机实现了传统粗纱机不能实现的新功能,且实用、可靠,提高了粗纱机的自动化程度。Functions of roving machine in conditions of modern technology were discussed. Effect of the functions application on spinning quality and production efficiency improvement was introduced. Existing problems in traditional roving machine were analyzed, features of adopting multi-motor sectional drive and computer control developing multi-function to resolve the problems were introduced. Use method of each new function in spinning was introduced. The results show that computer roving machine has multiple functions, such as little yarn speed increase by layers, large yarn keeping automatic deceleration in constant centrifugal force, accumulating processing, full yarn stop in certain length and position. It is considered that new functions can be realized on computer roving machine,new roving machine is reliable and practical, the automation degree can be improved.
