经皮肝穿刺集束电极射频治疗肝癌(附35例报告)

摘　　要：目的　总结集束电极射频治疗肝癌的近期疗效。方法　对３５ 例肝癌４１ 次射频治疗，通过对手术前后肿瘤的大小、病人的自觉症状和ＡＦＰ 值改变进行对比观察。结果　３５ 例于治疗后１０ 天、５ 例于治疗后３０ 天进行彩色Ｂ超及ＣＴ 复查结果：１０ 天后７１．４ ％ 病人肿瘤体积缩小在３０ ％ 以上，３０ 天后全部病人肿瘤体积缩小在４０ ％ 以上，与术前相比全部瘤体内血供消失。８０ ％ 病人自觉症状改善，其ＡＦＰ 值下降者占５０ ％ ，无手术死亡，术后并发症为１７．６ ％ 。Objective\ Summarize the treatment of hepatocarcinoma by RF with clustered electrode technique.Method\ Observe thirty-five cases of hepatocarcinoma with fourty-one times RF treament results by comparing preoperative and postoperative image data,tumor size,symptom and AFP value.Thirty-five cases 10d postoperatively and five cases 30d postoperatively underwent color ultrasonography and CT scanning.Result\ The tumor size decreased 30% in 71 4% patients 10d postoperatively.The size decreased 40% in all patients 30d postoperatively,the symptom abated in 80% patients,AFP value decreased in 50% pateints,no operative death,postoperative complication was 17 6%.Conclusion\ The treatment of hepatocarcinoma by RF with clustered electrode has significant early results.
