摘　　要：血管性抑郁是危害严重的晚发性血管障碍性抑郁症。文章就血管性抑郁症近年来在概念和病因病机、诊断与辨证分型、中药治疗和针灸治疗等方面的研究进展进行了综述,并对其研究的不足提出了自己的看法。The vascular depression is a late - onset depression closely - related with vascular disease. This article reviewed the researchful progress of vascular depression for the past few years from these aspects ：concept ,etiological factor and pathogenesis, diagnosis, differentiation of symptoms and sings for classification of syndromes, treatments in Chinese crude drug and acupuncture therapies. We also proposed our opinions on existing research.
