摘　　要：近年来,世界许多国家高度重视低碳技术创新,政策工具多样,值得我国深入研究和借鉴。比较有代表性的包括日本、美国、英国、德国等。我国低碳技术创新取得一定成效,但依然存在一些问题。本研究在对典型国家低碳技术创新进行分析的基础上,提出了我国促进低碳技术创新的建议。In recent years, many countries in the world attach importance to low carbon innovation, and various policy tools have designed to promote its implementation. To understand and analyze their practice will be of great benefit for our country. The typical countries include Japan, America, Britain, Germany, etc. Though China has made some effects in low carbon innovation, there still exist some problems. This paper analyzed the practice of low carbon innovation of the typical countries, and some implications are derived for China.
