摘　　要：创新网络概念自提出以来,越来越受到技术创新领域研究的重视。对国内外创新网络研究的基本情况、重要文献作了介绍,分析了创新网络的内涵。此外,从创新网络的形成、创新网络的结构、创新网络的演化及创新网络的功能四个方面入手对创新网络研究中的问题进行了梳理与讨论。The concept of innovation network has become more and more important in the field of technical innovation research since appeared. This paper introduces the basic situation and important literatures on innovation network research at home and abroad, and analyzes the connotation of innovation network. In addition, the paper discusses some research questiones on innovation network from these four aspects： formation of innovation network, structure of innovation network, evolution of innovation network and function of innovation network.
