摘　　要：大学教师科研业绩评价体系具有复杂性、特殊性等特点,建立具有激励导向、公正合理的大学教师科研业绩评价体系是很多学者一直探讨的问题。从定性、定量研究方法,指标体系建设及其分析方法等方面总结分析了国内学者对如何进行大学教师科研业绩评价问题的研究,概括了学者们针对当前评价体系提出的不足和改进建议。Evaluation system of scientific achievement for college teachers is characteristic of specialty and complexity. Academic circles set off an enthusiastic discussion on a fair and reasonable, rewarding - oriented performance evaluation system for university teachers. Adopted qualitative and quantitative methodologies, with index system and analytical methods, the paper analyses how the domestic scholars make studies on these problems, and summarizes the deficiencies and suggestions put forward by scholars.
