摘 要:弹齿滚筒捡拾器的滚轮轴心轨迹用解析法难以直接计算出轨迹方程。为此,在分析弹齿滚筒捡拾器工作原理的基础上,研究了在满足捡拾功能的情况下弹齿的运动规律,粗略地推导出滚轮轴心在曲道内的运动轨迹曲线。运用UG对曲道进行三维设计,并运用Adams对弹齿进行运动仿真分析,对弹齿齿端的线速度和角速度变化规律以及滚轮对曲道的压力变化进行仿真分析,从而对所设计的滚轮轴心运动轨迹的合理性做出判断。通过对运动轨迹的重复设计、再仿真的过程,可以不断地优化曲道轨迹,最后设计出合理的滚轮轴心运动轨迹。Using interpretative method is very difficultly to compute trajectory equation of wheel axis orbit of spring-finger cylinder pickups directly.Proceeding from the analysis of the principle of spring-finger cylinder pickups spring-finger,this paper describes the law of motion under meeting pickup function,and deduces the trajectory curve of wheel axis in the curved channel roughly.In this paper,the curved channel is designed in UG 3D software and the motion of spring-finger is simulated in Adams software.The simulation analysis of changing law of linear speed and angular velocity of spring-finger' end as well as the pressure of curved path generated by wheel,accordingly to estimate the reasonableness of the wheel axis trajectory designed.Through the repeat process of the design trajectory and the simulation,curved trajectory can be optimized continuously.Finally a reasonable wheel axis trajectory is designed.
