摘 要:为了实现油菜花序三维形态结构的交互设计、几何建模和真实感显示,提出了基于形态特征参数的油菜花序三维形态数学模型以及交互式设计方法。油菜花序模型的建立过程包括单花三维重构、花序三维重构和花序动态生长模拟3个阶段。通过对油菜花序形态结构的观测分析,分别创建了花瓣、花萼、花序轴、花轴、雄蕊和雌蕊等器官的几何模型,并提取具有明确农学意义的几何模型参数。实验结果表明,该方法可控性强,易于操作,可以精确地重构出油菜花序的三维形态,并且可以根据油菜花序结构的发展规律,实现油菜花序生长的可视化模拟。The 3D reconstruction of plant is one of the most important issues in digital plant.A characteristic parameters-based three-dimensional mathematical model for rape inflorescence is proposed in this paper for accurate describing and realistic rendering its three-dimensional morphology,based on the analysis and observation of the morphological structure and growth process in rape flower and its inflorescence.This approach firstly proposes mathematical models for describing the 3D structure of calyx,petal,rachis,inflorescence axis,androecium and pistil.At the same time,several principal control parameters with explicit biological background for these geometric models of organs were extracted.The results demonstrate that the proposed method can reconstruct precisely the 3D structure of rape(Brassica campestris L.) flower and inflorescence with realistic effects and highly controllability.Further,visual simulating the process of Rape(Brassica campestris L.)inflorescence growth could be implemented by driving these parameterized geometric models according to the physiological rule of topological structure of rape(Brassica campestris L.)inflorescence.
