摘　　要：采用AnyCasting模拟软件对15 t上注钢锭进行了凝固过程模拟。通过模拟结果分析优化钢锭模参数,降低试制成本,改善钢锭质量,消除缩孔缩松缺陷,并为保温帽口式钢锭及50 t以上的上注钢锭模拟提供指导。The solidification process of 15 t top pour ingot was simulated by AnyCasting simulation software.Based on analyzing the simulating results,the parameters of ingot mould have been optimized,the cost of trial production has been reduced,the quality of ingots has been improved and the defects such as shrinkage void and shrinkage porosity have been removed.This paper can provide the guidance for simulating of top pour ingots more than 50t with insulating riser.
