综合医院专家驻站查床对社区家庭病床管理效果的评价

摘　　要：目的探讨综合医院技术支援社区卫生服务站对社区家庭病床管理的影响,为制订有效的社区卫生服务站家庭病床管理模式提供依据。方法小榄医院成立家庭病床管理专家组,对管辖的8家社区卫生服务站实行"二对一"派对驻站查床,以管辖的8家社区家庭病床患者为对象进行驻站查床管理,比较管理前后社区家庭病床建床数、家庭病床临床路径实施情况、患者或家属满意度调查。结果实行医院专家驻站查床管理后,社区家庭病床建床数明显增加,家庭病床临床路径得到有效落实,患者及家属满意度明显提高。结论综合医院专家驻站查床指导社区卫生服务站实施家庭病床管理,增强了社区医生和居民的信心,确保了家庭病床医疗质量,提高了患者满意度,确保了家庭病临床路径的实施,是一种有效的管理模式。Objective To explore the influence of technology support from general hospital on community family sickbed management in community health service stations,in order to provide basis for an effective model of community family sickbed management in community health service.Methods Expert team for family sickbed management was set up in Xiaolan people′s hospital.The experts made ward rounds at station by ＂two on one＂ parties model in eight regimented community health service stations.The comparison was conducted before and after the performance of the management in number of community family sickbeds,implementation of family sickbeds in clinical pathway,and the satisfaction of patients or families.Results After carrying out ward round by experts form the general hospital,the number of community family sickbeds were increased obviously,family sickbeds in clinical pathway were implemented effectively,and the satisfaction of patients or families was elevated significantly.Conclusion The ward round at station to community family sickbeds by experts from general hospital is an effective management model,which can increase confidence of community doctors and residents,ensure the quality of family sickbeds health care,raise patients′ satisfaction,and ensure the implementation of clinical pathways.
