摘 要:目的探究抑郁症患者的睡眠结构特征。方法从多导睡眠图(Polysomnography,PSG)数据库选择了24例近3个月未接受任何药物治疗的抑郁患者(治疗组),并根据性别和年龄配对原则,设定了1个相等例数和性别比例的正常对照组。结果抑郁症组的睡眠长度短于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但是睡眠效率相当。抑郁症组比正常对照组需要进入睡眠的时间更长,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。抑郁症组的Ⅰ期睡眠比例和AI多于正常对照组,Ⅲ期睡眠比例少于正常对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,睡眠结构特征在抑郁组中与HAMD-24总分及其因子分存在相关性。结论抑郁症存在一些特征性的睡眠结构异常,它们提示了抑郁症可能存在睡眠周期异常,可能是理解抑郁机制的新途径。Objective To investigate the feature of sleep architecture in patients with depression. Methods Totally 24 depressive patients who had not had any pharmacotherapy in recent 3 months were recruited, as trial group, from the Polysom- nography's database. And 24 normal controls whose age and sex were matched were recruited. Results Compared with normal controls, depressive patients experienced less sleep duration (P 〈 0. 05), but shared the similar sleep efficiency. In sleep archi- tecture, the depressive patients needed more time to fall sleep (P 〈 0. 05 ). The patients had more percentage of stage I sleep and arousal, and less stage III sleep, with a statistically significant difference (P 〈 0. 05 ). The feature of sleep architecture was correlated with Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) total score and its factional scores. Conclusion Depressive disorder had some characteristics of sleep architecture anomaly, which meant some abnormal biological rhythm. It might be a new method to understand depression. Key words]
